Welcome to our family- and dog-friendly campground, where you’ll find cabins, campsites with electricity, and of course tent sites. We hope you’ll enjoy your stay with us and your neighbors. Many wonderful friendships start with a hello and a smile… At Camp Immeln many different options for accommodations. From a simple tent site by the lake to a luxurious canvas tent with a double bed and everything in between. Come spend wonderful summer days with us and enjoy all the activities available in the area. We also offer guided tours of the surrounding nature, where you can discover hidden treasures and enjoy the fresh air. For the kids, there are playgrounds and activities that guarantee laughter and joy. In the evening, you can gather around the campfire and share stories under the stars. Who is the responsible landlord?

is the contracting party for bookings and is responsible for rentals.

The company above is referred to as "Camp Immeln", "We", "Our", or "Us".

1.General rules:

1.1 To book and stay on Camp Immeln without a guardian, you and your party must be over 18 years old. This does not apply to parents traveling with children. Valid ID must be shown upon request.

1.2 Accommodation booked with us is for recreational purposes or company guests only. Permanent accommodation is not allowed on Camp Immeln.

1.3 We reserve the right to dismiss you and your party from Camp Immeln if the above rules are breached. You will not be able to use your booked place or get a refund.

2. When does the booking become binding?

The booking becomes binding as soon as you make it, whether it is made by web, phone or email, and whether it is verbal or written.

3. Booking fee

We do not charge a booking fee when you book via our website www.immeln.camp For bookings made by other means, a cost of 100 SEK per campsite/cottage is added, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Special rules for renting a cottage

5.1 You can check in from 15:00 on the day of arrival. You must check out no later than 11:00 on the day of departure.

5.2 Charging of electric cars is not allowed!

6. Special rules for campsites.

6.1 Check-in from 13:00 on the day of arrival and check-out by 12:00 on the day of departure.

6.2 In addition to parking one car at your booked campsite, only one caravan/motorhome or tent per booked pitch is allowed.

7. What happens if I need to move on earlier than planned?

If your plans change and you need to leave earlier than booked, you will not receive a refund, whether or not you have cancellation cover.

8. What are your rights?

8.1 We always do our utmost to meet your expectations. Should your booking not live up to your expectations, please contact the reception. Complaints should be made in a pleasant manner and as soon as they are discovered so that we have a chance to remedy the problem. If you do not make your complaint within a reasonable time, you lose the right to complain. We will address your complaint as soon as we can after receiving it.

8.2 If we do not succeed in addressing your complaints or finding a suitable solution, you can turn to the General Complaints Board (ARN www.arn.se), which can help you evaluate disputes between companies and customers.

9. What are your obligations?

9.1 Once you have paid for your stay, you undertake to comply with the booking conditions, the rules of conduct and follow the instructions of the staff. One of the most important is that your party should show respect and consideration for other guests in the area and keep the noise level down between 22:00-07:00. Should your party be perceived as disruptive in any way or violate the rules of conduct, we and our staff have the right to expel you from the area. In such a case, you will not receive a refund of already paid rent.

9.2 If you or someone in your party should destroy or cause damage to Camp Immeln , you will be liable to pay for repairs. In case of damage to the area or rented equipment, we have the right to expel you from the area without receiving compensation for already paid rent.

9.3 Smoking is not allowed in the cabins. Should anyone in your party break this rule, you will have to pay 3000 SEK. Should the clean-up cost exceed this amount, you will have to pay the amount required to restore the cottage.

9.4 Charging of electric cars is prohibited. please respect this as the power grid is not designed for this. If you do it anyway, you will have to pay 2000 SEK and leave the area immediately.

9.5 You are responsible for returning all keys given to you at check-in. If you lose a key, you will be liable to pay for the replacement of the lock and new keys.

9.6 You may not rent out your booked pitch/cottage to another party. The number of people may not exceed the number stated in your booking unless you have a special agreement between us. Should this not be kept, we have the right to expel you and your party from the area. You have no right to a refund. If your party breaks any of the rules or causes damage in any way, you will be held responsible.

9.7 Cleaning is not included in the price. You are responsible for ensuring that it is clean and tidy on departure. If you leave your site/cottage without cleaning up after yourself, we will charge you a fee of 1500 SEK for this.

10. force majeure

Neither you nor Camp Immeln will be held liable for any failure to fulfill the agreement if any of the following occur. Military emergencies, natural disasters, flooding, industrial disputes, prolonged disruption of water or electricity supply, fire or similar major events that neither you nor we can foresee or influence. It also provides grounds for disclaimer if any of Camp Immeln's suppliers are affected.

11. miscellaneous

11.1 We reserve the right to transfer our rights and obligations under our contract to another company. You may only transfer your rights and obligations under our contract after receiving written consent from Camp Immeln.
11.2 Please note that there may be exceptions to the booking conditions for certain events and periods. Information on relevant deviations will be attached to your booking confirmation and can also be read on our website.

GDPR is a European data protection law that exists for us EU citizens to ensure that companies handle and store our personal data on a legal basis by ensuring confidentiality, integrity and protection.

Customer register:

Our customer register stores your name, phone number, email address and accommodation address. We use the register to facilitate check-in and check-out and to book a place.

We never share the data with third parties.

Homepage

Our website is public and can be visited by the public. Images and videos containing people must be approved by those concerned.

If you do not want us to store any data, you have the right to notify us in writing and we will remove you from our customer register.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Camp Immeln handles personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The policy covers all processing operations involving personal data and includes both structured and unstructured data.

Cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal under the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Away from Business Premises (2005:59) does not apply to accommodation and therefore you cannot cancel a rented cottage or camping site. To change or cancel see points 5 and 6.

2. How do I modify or cancel a booking with cancellation protection?

2.1 If you selected cancellation protection when you made your reservation, you can change your dates until 3:00 p.m. three days before your scheduled arrival. Rescheduling must be done via email.

3.2 If you selected cancellation protection when you made your reservation, you can cancel your reservation in full and receive a refund, minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made by 3:00 p.m. at least 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations must be made via email.

4.3 You will receive confirmation of changes or cancellations via the email you provided when booking.

5. How do I cancel if I do not have cancellation protection?

If you have booked without adding cancellation protection, you have no right to change or cancel your booking once it is made. If you cancel without adding cancellation protection, you are also not entitled to a refund. If you cancel a booking that has not been paid in full, you are obliged to pay us the remaining amount within 3 days.
